What excites me most about my work is transforming women’s images, highlighting their beauty, and helping them feel confident and empowered. Her journey

I started my journey in 2004, facing numerous challenges both personally and professionally. Back in my home country, I was in a completely different field, but that didn’t stop me from striving to better myself and venture into a new career here. Gradually, thanks to my tenacity, effort, and dedication, doors began to open, leading me to where I am today, loving what I do.

I always say that the key to success is determination and consistency; you set your own limits, and only you decide how far you want to go.

Rosy Alvarenga was born in Chalatenango, El Salvador, into a humble, hardworking family with Christian values and a strong desire for improvement. Her parents worked tirelessly to provide her with an education, making many sacrifices to academically shape her future.

In 2000, she graduated from the Christian University (UCAD) as a Social Sciences Educator. During her studies, she worked for Pollo Campero in El Salvador, starting as a waitress and quickly rising through the ranks to become a Restaurant Manager due to her exceptional performance, which led her to stay in the Restaurant industry and not pursue her vocation.

After several years, Rosy decided to move to the U.S., which was a huge challenge both personally and professionally—a whole new world with diverse cultures, languages, and ideologies. Seeing these as major challenges, she was determined to prove to herself what she could achieve with persistence and discipline.

Rosy enrolled in NOVA to study English (ESL program), and after several semesters, moved to Houston, TX, to study COSMETOLOGY, as that state offered more opportunities. She completed her cosmetology studies at HTCS in Houston, then returned to Virginia. There, she worked at Orlando Hair Salon, gaining valuable experience. After two years, she sought new opportunities and later studied COLORIMETRY at IBA.

Since then, she has attended various courses and seminars with globally recognized companies like REDKEN, Paul Mitchell, Wella, IGORA, Show Pony Extensions, Amytys, and more. She loves staying up-to-date with continuous training.
